Sep 2007- Present: Commercial Finance Coordinator at ONO (Cableuropa, SAU)

Working as a Financial Controller for Customer Operations (SOC), Logistics and General Services.
Responsible for budgeting, KPI’s and cost deviations analyses, laying out new financial processes and economic models in order to optimize the financial controlling function.
Member of Butterfly Project; a task group created to reorganise the company and define the ONO Strategic Management Plan for 2009-2012.

Aug 2006-Sep 2007: Financial Controller in the Residential Business Unit at Orange (France Telecom)

Responsible for Benchmarking Project of the Unit, with the purpose of reducing costs and enhance the global productivity.
Performing tasks involving accounting month ends, deviations and KPI’s analyses and reporting, mainly focused on Sales and Marketing.
Working, along with other departments, on the Customer Optimisation Investment Project, by means of which productivity improvements were analysed through sales channel mix, and retention oriented policies were fostered.
