Operation’s Controller of both Customers (SOC) and Local Maintenance (O&M).
Responsible for budgeting, analyses of KPI’s and deviations, laying out new financial processes and economic models in order to optimize the financial controlling function.

Aug 2006-Sep 2007: Financial Controller in the Residential Business Unit at Orange (France Telecom)

Responsible for Benchmarking Project of such Unit, with the purpose of reducing costs and enhance the global productivity.
Performing tasks involving monthly closings, deviations and KPI’s analyses and reporting, mainly focused on Sales and Marketing Departments.

Aug 2005-Aug 2006: Purchasing Analyst at DHL Express

Managing the purchasing of stationery and print material, dealing with different suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.
